How we use your details

Katis Dorper Farm collects only what we need to reply to you, take your booking or reservation, and deliver an animal. This page explains what we keep and why.

What we collect

• Your name and phone number (and email, if you give one).
• What you tell us in forms: your farm, goals, the animals you want, delivery county and address.
• Booking and payment records: date, number of people, amount, and the M-Pesa receipt number.
• Your IP address, only to prevent spam and abuse of the booking and payment forms.

How we use it

To call or message you back, confirm your visit or reservation, arrange delivery and permits, and keep accounting records. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

M-Pesa

You enter your M-Pesa PIN only on your own phone, in the Safaricom prompt. We never see or store your PIN.

Who sees it

Our team at the farm, and the services we rely on to run the site: our database host, Safaricom (for payments), and, if enabled, an email service and website analytics. Analytics records page visits and button clicks, not your form answers.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by calling or WhatsApping +254 103 184 434. We'll keep payment records as long as the law requires.
